Virtual Computer Lab provides you with access to a virtual Windows computer via any web browser, and includes the same software found on a public computer lab on campus.

Click on "º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Virtual Lab"

Click "Allow" to allow access to Clipboard, File Transfer, and Printer.
Step 4
When prompted, "Enter your credentials", using your full email address, along with your Single Sign On (SSO) password.

Click OK to ackiwledge the welcome messages.

Click on the Windows button located in the lower left of the screen.
Step 2
Begin typing the software you wish to use, and then click on the software when it appears in the search results to launch.
For example, type "Google Earth Pro". (See example below.)

Once you end your Virtual Lab session, you data will be lost. Any data you wish to save should be either placed in Google Drive or saved locally to your device. See instructions below for both options.
Google Drive
Once you have logged into Virtual Lab, double click on the Google Desktop app located on the desktop. Log in with your º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ email credentials.
When ready to save your work, you can choose Google Drive as your location, or you can save on the desktop and then drag and drop your file into the Google Drive app.
You can also use this method to retreive files from Google Drive.
Virtual Lab Download/Upload
You can also use Windows file explorer in Virtual Labs. If you do, browse to the Remore Desktop Virtual Drive. You can use the Uploads and Downloads folders to transfer files.
- Uploads Folder: Content will be located here after you click in the Upload new files icon in the upper right corner of the Virtual Lab. After clicking that button , you will be prompted to find the file saved locally on your device. Once the upload is complete, it will be located in the Uploads Folder
Downloads Folder: To move a file from Virtual Lab to your local device, drag and drop the file into this folder. Your local device (Windows or Mac computer, table) will prompt you to choose a file location where you would like to save the file. Follow the prompts and your download will complete. You will never see fils in the Downloads Folder of the Virtual Lab, it is a way to simply pass through the file to your local device.
Please make sure your work has been saved before ending your session.
When ready, you can either click the Windows button > Power >Shut down or you can simply close the tab on your web browser to end your session.
