Open Source Packages:
  - NetworkX is a Python language software package for the creation, manipulation, and study of the structure, dynamics, and functions of complex networks.
 - PyGraphviz is a Python interface to the Graphviz graph layout and visualization package.

I also have some local server-side web based demonstrations listed .
