- Executive Retreat - Each January executive board leaders from each chapter and council gather for this day long retreat. Participants explore leadership concepts and skills relevant to managing and leading a complex and active organization.
- New Member Orientation - After receiving and accepting a bid in the Fall Semester, new members participate in an orientation program designed to acclimate them to the fraternity and sorority community and details community expectations.
- Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP) and Policy Training - Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP) is a skills training program specifically designed for college students. The emphasis of the training is on how to handle situations in which individuals have misused alcohol. Policy training is delivered with ASTP and is designed to walk students through the policies and procedures associated with hosting events with alcohol. The training is focused on educating students about the requirements to register and host an event as well as the considerations for event planning.
The Fraternity and Sorority Excellence Program
The Fraternity and Sorority Excellence Program (FSEP) is designed to allow chapters to critically think about their successes and challenges in direct cooperation with the core values of their organization. This program is directly aligned with the mission of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Advising at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University. The program is conducted on an annual basis to measure Chapter performance, accredit Chapters, acknowledge Chapters for excellent performance, and share Chapter successes as well as barriers to success with the greater º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Community. The Fraternity and Sorority Excellence Program consists of 3 parts: Chapter Goals, Chapter Focus Area Presentations and Chapter Performance Summary.
